We will need this information to complete a quote for your Downstream Sizing/Cooling tank. Below we’ve explained why we need each piece of information and why it is helpful.
Material Type

Approx. Material Temp at Tank (F)
- It is important for us to know the process temp along with the material type that we are dealing with; this can affect setup, configuration and tank length, etc.
Throughput Rate (fpm, feet per minute)
- This helps us understand the rate at which you need to produce material and if the equipment is sized correctly for your line.
Pipe or Profile
- This helps us understand how the tank will be expected to run, tank design, etc..
Pipe – ID/OD
- This helps us understand how to size the tank, how it will be expected to run, and tank design, etc..
- We need both dimensions to show the wall thickness
